K-Coast Return Policy

Items purchased online cannot be returned at any K-Coast retail locations. All online returns must be mailed back to the web store. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that you may have broken or damaged through use. All items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached. No Exceptions. Can I pick up items purchased online from one of your retail locations?
No, unfortunately all online purchases must ship through our web store.

Can I return items purchased online to one of your retail locations?
No, unfortunately returns must be mailed back to our web store.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but any exchange items sent back to you will be sent for free (not including surfboards). To help streamline this process we send a return label with every package just in case.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

How can I check my return status?
You will be emailed when your returned item arrives at our warehouse. We will notify you again via email (within 7 business days) when your return or exchange has been completed. Please contact Customer Service for further information about your return.

Can I receive a refund if I return an item?
Yes, but only if your return is in its original condition, NO EXCEPTIONS. All tags must be attached. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that you may have broken or damaged through use. All returns must be made within 14 days of your order.

Can I use a gift card as a form of payment?
No, at this time gift cards can only be used at our retail locations.
